I highly recommend Patrick’s Paint— the crew I had (Yohan, Miriam and Geovani) worked very hard and did an excellent job painting my entire 1910 rowhouse over 4 days. They were very careful in painting, were efficient, and did a high quality job, which was not easy with lots of wood trim & tight radiators. They were very detail-oriented and also quickly fixed any minor nit picks I had without problem or complaint. The crew was very respectful, helped move my heavy furniture, and cleaned my house up nicely at the end of the job. They also went above and beyond, repairing a shelf that had fallen down for me. Can’t recommend this crew enough and would use them again if needed. 10/10!

We wish we could rate them 10 stars! Patrick’s Painting did a phenomenal job painting the outside of our house! The painting is even and beautiful and our old shutters now look brand new. Our rusty old railing leading up to the front door is transformed and they managed to revitalize our tired looking back door too. We had the majority of our 2-level townhouse painted by Gerson and Nick, and I can honestly say I love my house again! The entire process couldn’t have been easier. I inquired through their website and was contacted within a few hours, and Danny (who is a delight to work with!) came within a few days to give us an estimate. If you want quality, you need to call Patrick. He is clear from the beginning about expectations of work, and when you pay, you are paying for quality. His painters are his employees, not sub-contractors. He goes OUT OF HIS WAY to make you feel like you are his ONLY CLIENT. I am not joking. I had a Leak in the ceiling downstairs and once that was fixed I searched for a paint crew to repair the damage. The crew from Patrick's came in and repaired the damage and as it stands now you cannot tell where the damage was. Patrick's Painting did a great job re-staining our two decks after several years of neglect in May of this year. We went from a very dark brown to a desert sand color and in July/August we noticed some of the previous stain was bleeding through. Over the past few months, Patrick's crews have refinished all of our floors, painted our entire interior, power washed our deck and siding, and repaired and painted the non-brick exterior of our house. Their work has been exemplary, as is their customer service. Jose has become an honorary member of our household, as we have added/changed/corrected tasks along the way. Bill and Doug, the floor refinishers who work with Patrick's, were experienced pros; they replaced some damaged flooring that couldn't be sufficiently sanded so carefully that we couldn't tell the location of the new boards. We had a LOT of work done, which necessitated our moving out of the house for several weeks. Happily, everyone, including Patrick, was a pleasure to work with, and what could have been a totally anxiety-producing event went as smoothly as it possibly could. Patrick's painting did the exterior of both the historic Old Town homes adjacent to mine. The facades were entirely rebuilt, so extensive work. Patrick's crew used tall scaffolding to properly prime and paint the new structures. Alternate colors with perfect verticals between them and doors and window trim all done with panache. Top notch.

We initially wanted our front porch painted, but when the crew from Patrick's inspected the surface they indicated that the coating on the surface needed to be removed. Upon removal, it was clear that the concrete underneath was badly cracked and needed to be repaired. Although they specialize in painting, they have done everything from bathroom remodels, to hanging doors, to painting and drywall repair. They have done an excellent job every time. I have a 700sq ft condo, with a bright green bed room and a dark accent wall in the living room and I needed to paint over all of it for new renters. We had three things painted - a small bedroom w/ a nice green color, a larger basement w/ a light blue, and our back deck w/ some protective stain. We coordinated all of it prior to moving into a new house. Scheduling was easy and the work was done on time w/ attention to detail. We had one board replaced on the back deck stairs too. It was left unpainted (?) but not a big deal as everything looks great and the remaining stain was left behind.

I just want to share what a great job of painting Jose, Jason, Franklin, and Mardo, of Patrick's Painting and Home Improvement, did on our house on July 5, 2023 . Patrick's team painted almost the entire interior of our home and built out a wainscoting accent wall in the bedroom. They did an excellent job all around! The team was extremely pleasant, worked quickly and was very careful with our stuff. We had a bit of a mishap with the color they received from Sherwin Williams. They say that Sherwin Williams makes all the Benjamin Moore colors in their line, however it was most definitely not the same. With that said, when I mentioned it to the guys, they didn't give me a hard time at all. They acknowledged my concerns and fixed it right away. Additionally, the wainscoting was nothing short of perfect. I showed them a few photos of what I wanted on Pinterest, and they created my dream accent wall in just two days. They were pleasant and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using Patrick's for any painting or carpentry needs I have in the future!

They did a really good job. They painted our living room and kitchen and removed these hideous greek columns that were halfway sunk into the walls. Why that was a style in the 90s we will never know. They were ugly and the paint in the house was old and grimy. The crew was professional and work done was top quality. Will likely reach out to them again for additional interior work. Very old deck and fencing were TRANSFORMED by Patrick’s services. Cleaned, repaired and applied multiple coats of a stain/paint product. Offered great color suggestions . Takes a pro to know what the end product will look like. Unfortunately I don’t have any other painting needs right now but when I do PATRICK’S will be my first call.

Despite the fairly limited scope of the job, Patrick and his employee responded quickly in a professional manner. During the inspection, Patrick and I went over the work necessary, and we actually discovered more serious problem that the HOA inspector missed. The work was completely quickly and professionally. I have some more work that need to be completed around the house in the future, and for sure I will ask Patrick and his crew to come back.

Update - Sept 2024: We worked with Patrick’s teams on 4 projects (so far). Patrick was referred to us through another trusted company we work with - and we are thrilled with the results. The team has completed two transformative bathroom renovations, painted (on short notice) a kid’s bedroom, and provided electrical work and paint throughout our upstairs hallway and front entryway. It’s all beautiful - truly amazing how sanding and fresh paint can transform a space. The bathrooms are beautiful. One had an awful layout with wasted space and has become an oasis for our kids. In our primary bathroom, we chose to keep the existing footprint, but do a complete overhaul - new shower, floors, toilet, vanities, refreshed walls, lighting, etc. We couldn’t be happier. Roger and his team were always on time, communicative, SO friendly and helpful. And very respectful of our home and spaces. Roger dealt with our annoying questions (sometimes more than once), was upfront about any changes needed, he was easy to reach, and just crushed it. We are grateful (and miss having the team around). We look forward to working with everyone again!! March 2024: We are working with Patrick on a bathroom renovation that has yet to begin. Patrick's did an amazing job staining and painting my gazebo! My cedar gazebo was just reaching the 13-14 month point where the wood needed treated quickly. We just had the exterior of our house painted and are so happy with the results. Melvin, Yohann, and the entire crew did an incredible job from power washing to painting (and in intense heat! I have no idea how they did it!) And Erika, the project manager, answered every and any question I had. Would 100% recommend them for any painting project.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Patrick's Painting on a recent interior painting project. Their prices were extremely reasonable compared to the other estimates I received, and I don't feel we sacrificed quality at all. They painted several rooms, some with high ceilings and extra challenges, and their work was outstanding. They did a great job removing a large mural that required a lot of extra sanding, and they threw in several "extras" free of charge e.g., repainting an extra door and adding extra coats of paint to ensure pre-existing color didn't show through. This is the second time I have worked with Patrick's Painting & Home Improvement, and they knocked it out of the park again! Mario, Francisco, and the rest of the team did a great job on the exterior of our house. They power-washed the entire house, replaced several rotten boards, and painted all the wooden trim and doors and the metal railings. They spent several days meticulously scraping and preparing the surfaces to ensure a high quality finish. They communicated well about the status of the project and were friendly and professional. We were very pleased. (This was the second time we used Patrick's Painting - they painted several inside rooms and our two-story foyer a few years ago.)

We used Patrick's to repaint the entire exterior of our 110-year old home. Previous efforts by others had resulted in significant areas of scabbing and peeling paint that need to be laboriously scraped and cleaned. We had Patrick’s Painting stain our new-ish cedar fence. However, this wasn’t a simple nor typical staining job because one entire side was completely botched by a previously-hired “painter” who sprayed several layers of stain on the fence and never back wiped it off. It looked like cottage cheese on the fence… Patrick’s crew went above and beyond to strip, power wash, and sand off the old stain and reapply 2-coats of new stain. There were a few very stubborn panels and the crew went back and got a more powerful sander and really went above and beyond to make this project right. It was a tedious and very labor intensive project, and these guys absolutely killed it. I’ve never had a company go so far above and beyond expectations, and with no negativity or complaints along the way. I’m still amazed at the job they did. 5 stars all the way!

My partner and I needed our new townhouse in Old Town fully repainted, and we opted to have the 2005 wood cabinets in the kitchen painted as well. We also needed the job done rather quickly. The guys from Patrick’s Painting were fantastic! To say they were highly professional and did a stellar job would be an understatement. Jose and his crew arrived promptly, put down all the necessary plastic to protect the floors, worked with us on paint colors, maintained an easy going yet professional demeanor, etc. The results are pretty much flawless. Although the walls look amazing, I’m most impressed by their work on the kitchen cabinets which went from tired wood to chic blue nearly overnight. You’d never know the cabinets have been painted. From start to finish, every aspect of this job (interior painting in three rooms; exterior repair and painting to our front door trim) was done in a professional, friendly manner. I received a detailed estimate; when I made changes (even as the painters were working), the estimate was updated quickly, and I knew exactly what the cost would be. The painters were able to work with my schedule (I wanted to get this done while a family member was out of town), even when I had to push the start date back a day. They did a terrific job, and clean-up was impeccable. I highly recommend Patrick's Painting. Be advised that they use Sherwin-Williams paint. We have Benjamin Moore in most of our rooms, so when I was planning this project, I had picked out BM colors — but I was able to find S-W equivalents that were perfect.

We needed the interior of our entire house painted and some doors replaced. Patrick came out and gave us a fair estimate. Melvin and the crew did a great job making sure all our surfaces were protected. They moved all our stuff carefully and did a great job painting. They put everything back into place and made sure to address any concerns we had. They removed all the trash and by the time they left, everything was back to normal. We reached out to Patricks painting for a complete exterior painting job as well as carpentry work needed on our screened in porch. Patrick provided us with a quote and a video walking us through the project. The price was fair given the scope of work we needed and the attention to detail from Patrick was impressive. On site the job was managed by Manuel and Jose and it was a pleasure having them around. We recently had our house power washed and painted and used Patrick's Painting. Several houses in our neighborhood used Patrick's and all the houses look great including ours. We also had some wood replaced on our house and deck and their work is meticulous. Everyone was very polite and professional. Patrick's team did a great job! They arrived on time and brought an extra crew so they were able to finish a day earlier than expected. As they were finishing the interior painting (walls, doors, trim, and ceiling), I decided last minute to add-on painting the exterior of our front door. Even though his team technically had already finished our job, Patrick quickly gave me a quote that evening and was able to schedule his team to come back out for the small front door job the next week. We had them come to paint after we were already living in the space for a few years (read: furniture EVERYWHERE) and they moved, covered, then moved back all the furniture without damaging or getting paint anything. They even took the blinds down off the windows to protect them while painting the window frames. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a large job replacing and repairing drywall along with painting that needed to be done due to leaking pipes above the ceiling in one of our bathrooms. We also needed our living room and the ceiling painted and an upstairs hallway ceiling repainted. We put bids out, Patrick’s Painting had the best price. The guys on Nick’s crew were awesome, punctual and they kept a clean work area, you couldn’t tell they’d been there except for the huge improvement on the house. Even took a pic off the wall for me since I could not reach the pic 😆 They put my bed back to exactly where I requested and my other furniture as needed. . They fixed damage on my bedroom wall caused by delivery men installing the headboard on my new bed. They perfectly matched the paint. They fixed ceiling in my livingroom properly that another painter a few years ago had not properly fixed after I had water damage. They painted doorways that my cat or dogs had scratched off the paint. They also painted and repaired the doorway to my utility room. I had bought a new wash machine last year and in order to get the wash machine in and the old one out, the molding on doorway had to be removed. They will be power washing, staining and painting my deck as soon as spring arrives .

We had wood rot that needed replacing at the base of our house and around lower windows, and our exterior white trim needed re-painting. I was very impressed with the expediency of service. They knocked it out in two days. Pricing and professionalism was top notch from Patrick, Genesis, and Erika. I've already recommended them to a couple people. The workers were on-time and very polite. They made sure to protect all non-paintable surfaces and did a great job of cleaning up at the end.

We used Patrick's Painting to paint a screen porch and do a lot of work on our decks. The porch has been painted many times, but the floor always peeled. This time, months later, the floor still looks good. We also had them move some railings and that added inches to the porch. Love it. We have a LOT of deck space, but it was getting old and tired looking. Some wood was rotten. Patrick replaced the old wood in the fall and we waited until Spring to put the new coating on the deck so the wood could cure. By Spring we had some more bad wood to replace, so the coating went on in Summer. It is just beautiful. The decks look great. But even better, this company and the people who work there are outstanding. They took care with my considerable plantings and in-deck spa. Be reasonable about plants near the deck and you will be fine. A few plants got a bit of spray but I expected that and they are all alive. Patrick was always responsive. He is patient and takes pride in his work and in his company, as he should. Glad to give 5 stars.

I needed my front steps treated and repainted and my new deck as well. Danny came out, looked around and sent me the quote right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Two weeks later the crew came out pressure washed and treated my steps and finally stained them. They look as good as new. Very professional and great quality of work. My wife took on this project because I hate to paint. She was so impressed by Patrick during his consultation that she did't want to get other estimates. This, as you might imagine, gave me pause, but she convinced me how professional he was. He gave us a free designer consultation to help pick out paint colors as well. We painted two bedrooms, the living room, the stair landing, and a bathroom. The cost was not inexpensive and I originally balked at it, but I'm sure most of that was out of ignorance of what professional painters cost these days. It has been over a decade (if not more) since we painted last. We were not disappointed. It was worth every penny. Miguel and Nick were the painters who came into our home. They were extremely professional and courteous. True artists of their profession. One of my quarks is I don't believe someone who comes into your home to work will do as good a job as I would do because it's not their home. They're doing a job, and don't have the same amount of skin in the game as the owner does. This is NOT the case with Miguel and Nick, and Patrick's Painting & Home Improvement. I certainly feel they put the same amount of effort and quality painting our house as if they were painting their own. I don't believe you see that kind of workmanship much these days. I'm willing to bet this is true about all the people who work for Patrick. In the living room, you could see where the ceiling met the rafters. Dark lines ran from wall to wall. You could see many "nail pops" in the ceiling as well. We had some cracks along corners in the dry wall and several holes at the tops of windows where curtain rods used to reside. Miguel and Nick worked for two days prepping the walls and ceiling ensuring all these blemishes were filled, repaired, and smoothed. When asked, Nick said he was most proud of the living room ceiling. PROUD. This statement really summed up why I recommend this company so much. They take pride in their work. The ceiling truly was a transformation. All the rooms turned out beautiful. It has transformed our home and the way we feel about it. We waited far too long to do this, probably because of the cost, but I wish we had done it sooner. It has been well worth the cost. Tips: We moved most everything out of the rooms into a POD in the driveway. The larger furniture we pushed to the center of the room. Patrick told us they would move the furniture but we wanted to give the painters the environment we could for them to concentrate on painting and not have to worry about moving furniture. They covered everything to ensure any of the items we left in the rooms weren't damaged by paint splatter. We got a hotel for the week and stayed there during the night. The paint fumes can be overwhelming. My wife stayed with them during the day but let them do their work. Don't micro manage them. They know what they're doing and as I said, they take pride in their work. We saw a few minor things that didn't look right and they immediately remedied the issue. During the consultation, make sure you are clear on what you want painted and not painted. We told them we didn't want the closets painted which led to the miscommunication of the inside of the closets doors not getting painted. Although it was a miscommunication, I am taking equal blame on this, when we asked that it be done, there was no argument. Only an explanation on why it wasn't done in the first place. I hope this review helps if you are looking to have your house painted. We couldn't be happier with the work they performed.

They are the best! On time, responsive to queries, very professional, efficient, courteous, flexible... really everything you could ask for! They painted interior rooms for us. Genesis, the office manager, was great with emails back and forth to get the job established and then the team arrived on time and got the job done effectively and efficiently, even when there were some small unforeseen problems due to the previous paint job that someone else had done on the walls. They are also just really nice people. Patrick is local and told us about all the best places to go in town as we have just moved here. From quotes, walkthroughs and follow-ups Patrick was very patient and professional. His team was punctual and professional from start to finish as well. The job was initially quoted for 4 days (week of Christmas). This was for a 1600 square foot 3 level condo. Colors were verified before any paint was purchased or applied. The team was given a key due to having to work early. They entered each day with care. Before an area was painted all personal items were carefully moved and covered. Once the walls were dried items were placed back in the same position. Even the electronics were plugged back in accordingly. I would arrive home while they were working. I felt bad about coming in and being in their way, but each crew member was accommodating. While I sat in the room they entered with a knock, even though the door was open. One day I fell asleep while they were working in the same room. The crew couldn’t of been anymore quiet and respectful. All of the work was completed in 3 days. When first meeting Patrick he mentioned that he wasn’t the cheapest but not the most expensive. Patrick and his team is worth every penny. They stood by the contract and more. The end result came out amazing. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Patrick’s services.

I hired Patrick's Painting to paint my backyard fence, which is for a middle unit townhome. For the estimate, their sales rep arrived on time and took pictures. Their backoffice is very high-tech and efficient. If memory serves me well, about a day later I received the quote via email, seemingly generated by the high-tech backoffice system. On the scheduled day, the painter arrived promptly and completed the work. He even painted my rataining walls which I had actually built about 20 years ago when I was building a dry-lay patio (not only was I 20 years younger, I was also 40 lbs. lighter and in great shape ).

Hire this company! I was looking for someone to paint my kitchen cabinets. It's easy to find a painter, there are so many, but you want someone who is reputable. Patrick's had before and after photos of cabinet painting which helped make my decision. I was a little nervous about painting the cabinets and how it would turn out. His team painted my cabinets and walls, trim, ceiling in kitchen. Everything turned out great. The process was very streamlined. Communication between Patrick and Genesis his office manager was excellent. Patrick came by to give me an estimate. His price was in line with other bids I got, but his was the best price. I got a detailed and specific proposal. It clearly outlined what would be done and what type of paint would be used. I selected my paint colors from his preferred paint store. Patrick uses technology and videos to communicate. This helps understand the process and what the project entails. The working team was very efficient. Literally everything that would not be painted was completely covered. There was not one speck of paint in the wrong place. Jason did most of the work. He was pleasant and professional. Jose was the on-site project manager and I only needed to tell him details once and he remembered everything I asked about. The project started Monday and finished Saturday. I completely trusted them to be in the house and not be home. Jason even signed for a package that was delivered on the final day of the project. We came home after everything was finished for the big reveal. I believe the team left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. We loved the final outcome!! I used this company to fix the walls in small room of the house I just bought. The walls and ceiling were completely ruined with command strips and a bad paint job over wallpaper. The fix was going to require more than a simple repainting. Patrick was able to promptly give me a quote based on the photos I sent of the damage and get me scheduled quickly. Nick and his team was sent to repair my walls and they were able to make this room look brand new in a matter of a few hours without leaving a trail of any paint or sanding residue. We initially wanted our front porch painted, but when the crew from Patrick's inspected the surface they indicated that the coating on the surface needed to be removed. Upon removal, it was clear that the concrete underneath was badly cracked and needed to be repaired. The team brought in a mason who repaired our porch, allowing the painting crew to return and immediately finish the job. We were more than pleased with the final product. The porch looks great and our neighbors are now interested in doing the same work. The management and office staff are responsive, friendly, and thorough. From start to finish, every aspect of this job (interior painting in three rooms; exterior repair and painting to our front door trim) was done in a professional, friendly manner. They did a great job. I had a variety of painting and repairs done. A delivery company had damaged my wall when they attached the headboard to my bed. Patrick' s painting did a great job. I also had them fix frame in doorway as when I had new wash machine delivered, I had to remove door frame. They also fixed my ceiling that a different company had not fixed properly after a leak was repaired. I am having them out to do my deck for power washing and painting as soon as weather stays warm. The workers that came out were very friendly and professional. They definitely took pride in their work thatvthey did inside my house.

I just had my house painted ( interior) and this group is fabulous. They completed the work in 5 1/2 days........ my friends have used other painters and it takes weeks. Patrick's did an amazing job staining and painting my gazebo! My cedar gazebo was just reaching the 13-14 month point where the wood needed treated quickly. I had the hardest time finding a contractor to perform the job. But so glad that I finally found Patrick's! From the 1st time I spoke with Patrick I knew I was in good hands! Then when Nick & Gersen showed up things just got better. They took great care to listen to my concerns and let me explain to them what areas I wanted stained and what areas were to be painted white. I contacted Patrick's Painting to give me a quote on the trim and some minor wood work at my house. They were great when I had to reschedule the time for them to come by and they did an overall excellent job communicating everything. As the time came closer to start my project, they called and said they had an employee out due to COVID, so they moved my project up and started it earlier since it would take longer. What I appreciate about that is they didn't default to pushing the project back and it felt like my timeline mattered to them. We hired Patrick's Painting Company to treat our old wooden deck. Deck structure includes a high trellis and lots of lattice--in other words, lots of surface area requiring paint. The deck surface was transformed from splintery brown to smooth light gray. With the pandemic keeping us at home, we were delighted to have the deck restored and enjoy spending time outdoors. Patrick's crew members were terrific. They are hard workers, cleaned up after themselves, friendly and respectful. The work was completed on time and as scheduled. From estimate through completion and billing, the process was professional and pleasant.

Once again, Patrick & his team have come through for me on our interior painting. This is our third time to use this company. Patrick is quick to respond, send you the bid, then schedule the job. This time, the crew of Nick & Gayson prepped & painted a hall, stairwell, risers, trim & upstairs landing, which included Gayson building & installing a custom railing. These guys also repaired areas of missing drywall where the previous railing had been. They took their time to ensure the black gloss paint on the banisters & handrail covered perfectly. The team showed up on time every day & wore masks the entire time. The clean up was quick & thorough, and as always, Patrick conducts a final walk through. Great experience, and superb quality work from Patrick and his crew. Patrick came out and gave us a quote for doing our large deck, and gave us really good information about the various types of sealant and stain that we could use our project. We were initially concerned with the deck and dock sealant quality and longevity, but Patrick assured us that he had good experiences with this product other customers, and that's what we decided to use. After they finished the work, consisting of two coats, the sealant did shrink a little bit exposing cracks because the wood was not new. We notified Patrick, and he sent his crew out to do a third coat with no additional cost or issues. After that, it looks great, and we are very pleased with the work. We are very glad that we made this choice, as the deck looks great, and will hopefully provide us with years of low-maintenance enjoyment. Thanks, Patrick's Painting, for the great job!

We needed the interior of our entire house painted and some doors replaced. Patrick came out and gave us a fair estimate. Melvin and the crew did a great job making sure all our surfaces were protected. They moved all our stuff carefully and did a great job painting. They put everything back into place and made sure to address any concerns we had. They removed all the trash and by the time they left, everything was back to normal. We even called Patrick a few days later with a concern and Melvin showed up and took care of it immediately. I would definitely recommend Patrick's Painting and will use them again in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team and the quality of work we received. Abdullah, Nick, and Louis were prompt, respectful, and extremely patient with a very detail-oriented (and germaphobic :) ) couple. The paint came out beautifully, and we are so happy we are going to have them do the remainder of the house. We did our due diligence and got quotes from two other companies. They are competitively priced and the quality and customer service is unparalleled. Very responsive to communication and Patrick came and checked out the job himself.

Patrick's painting did an exquisite job of painting adjoing Historic homes next to mine here in Old Town. An arduous task as both had entirely new wood (a code requirement) fascades installed. It was done with diligence and alacrity. Very impressive.
